Popped in on off chance I could get tyre replaced as failed on MOT, was advised that that branch were only able to deal with appointments only, however as I was sat outside trying to contact other garages Jody came out and said she could fit me in as she had finished her lunch. Amazing service. Cant thank her enough. Above and beyond! Thank you :)

What a joke! I booked an appointment to change front tires on 2nd of January. The appointment day was 8th of January. Shortly after I received an email saying the tires I ordered are not in stock. Agreed with them to order the tires and change the appointment day for 19th of January. Delivery day being before 19th but not suitable for me. So plenty of time to have a good experience, right? WRONG! I was called just 15min before the appointment and with an amused voice I was told that tires are not delivered. I was literally 5 min away. If you want your tires to be changed do not choose this place for the job!

Great service, took my wheel there as my tyre kept going down, it just needed a new valve which they very kindly replaced for free, very happy customer 5?

I have found over the years that the staff at this ATS are extremely helpful.In particular they regularly check my tyre pressures and is my go to tyre replacement outlet. As a woman I am very pleased to see Toni now employed as she adds to the overall quality of service. Well done all and thank you.

Exceptional service. I came in due to a flat tyre and they were so helpful, really lovely attentive staff who helped me out when I was in a pickle! Would not hesitate to use again! 10/10.

I thought I had a slow puncture, so went in to have a new tire fitted - the technician who took a look (unfortunately I never caught her name) found out that the tyre was actually fitted incorrectly by the people who fitted it initially (not ATS!). She fixed everything up for me so there was no need for a new tire and saved me a fair chunk of money. Thank you so much, fantastic service :)

Terrible- I had a service done and had another one booked and specifically asked if I needed a full service. Was told no and then 2 weeks later my spark plugs exploded and blew up the engine on the m5. A full service would have discovered the faulty spark plugs. They said it was not their responsibility

Popped in as I was having problems with my tyres air pressure. Had been told by another garage I needed new tyres without them even looking! Took it to ATS and they checked over the tyres and found there was a valve that needed replacing and the other tyres were fine and just needed more air. They didn't stock the part I needed but were able to tell me what to order and where from, a lot cheaper than a new tyre! They then fitted it for me without needing to book in. Extremely helpful, would highly recommend and will be using them again in future

Booked in for 12th September for two goodyear front tyres, best price with fitting and tyres were on a deal.Toni fitted the tyres, took extra care as I have gloss black wheels. Also got the front alignment done as this was out. Car now drives better, was pulling slightly before.Toni is a credit to this place, helpful, does a great job and all with a smile. Would use again and request Toni as she is great!

Best garage in Exeter!! Nothing is ever too silly to ask. They always go above and beyond. Super honest. All the staff are fab, but Liam has really helped me out a few times now. Great guy!!
