Poor shout Exton Service Station. On route back from Exmouth, stuck in slow moving traffic, I fuelled up but also being desperate for the toilet, I asked the lady if I could use their staff one. I have been treated for prostate cancer and have a Prostate Cancer UK ?urgent? card as having been treated you get massive urgencies. I showed the lady the card and asked again. Still refused. I phoned the on duty manager and explained and was refused again. Next stop was a lay-by. Real poor service. Disappointed in you.
