Great service and very convenient inside the supermarket, so you can pick up from Argos and do a Sainsbury's shop.Plenty of free parking at the site too (all flat) and there are toilets in the store.

After a good awful with my TV that went wrong after a few months with Toshiba willing to not help with a replacement or Argos in stone lane exeter having a terrible attitude and after hours of stress spoke with the staff at pinhoe who were so helpful within 5 mins TV swapped and replaced with no issues at all great team and actually cares about the customers thank u to mark Jordan and Lauren

Took an item back to refund after having to measure and try for size and I was refused a refund. Awfull service . Only had the item for 24HRS all in box and sellable condition and had receipt . Not the first time I?ve experienced this store offering dismal customer service . Won?t be going back .

I ordered click and collect. My email told me to go to Sainsbury Pinhoe and collect.
Your assistant initially told me I was at the wrong store. Then when she saw the email in full she admitted I was at the right store. Then I was told the item wouldn?t be in until next week!
I have wasted a journey, petrol and time. I cancelled the order, but now see I have to wait for a refund. This is not acceptable. You took my money on the basis there was a product available to me and it wasn?t. Therefore you should not have taken my payment.
Would you please refund immediately so I have sufficient funds to pay an alternative supplier.

I chose to click and collect an eBay order from this Argos branch. Unfortunately I was away and could not collect the item until one day after the collection window. I phoned up to explain my situation and the person on the phone said they would leave a note on my package and I could pick it up a day later. When I went I was told the store had returned the item to the seller despite telling me I could reserve it for an extra day. If I had known this, I would have got someone else to collect it on my behalf, but they lied to me. They also refused to provide any tracking or returns information. I spoke to the eBay seller and we eventually managed to track the item only to find out it was returned and delivered to a random charity shop rather than the original seller. Avoid Argos click and collect for eBay orders but particularly this branch who lied to me and resulted in me losing an expensive item.

Outstanding service, the staff are friendly and kind , my only issue is however the fact that its card only, whilst its doesnt affect me personally i do believe it discriminates against those who wish or can only use cash.

Was served by very friendly smiley girl. I had ordered bunk beds. She put them on a sac truck and put them in the car for me. Very happy with the service

Awful experience. Felt like a schoolchild when approaching the counter. I left my phone with the order number on the screen for the lady to see on the counter and started to move away from her for social distancing to be told can you move away. No gloves when handling my product and i felt bad when i asked for a cleaning cloth to clean off my product which she had handled without gloves. Wouldn't go back to this store again

Having tried most of the last hours yesterday and from 8am today to try and make contact with someone concerning my order, which incidentally they got wrong, I am at a loss as to what to do next. I've tried numerous telephone numbers as well as spending hours on chat, but no chatting was achieved, as they are ALWAYS too busy. Totally disgusted with Argos, it'll be a very long time before I will have confidence to use them again!!
