This was my first time ordering from this company. Although the item I ordered went out of stock, they phoned me; sent me pictures of alternatives and offered an immediate refund if I still wasn’t happy. Fantastic customer service, I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Bought a hoodie earlier this year and love, love, love it. Only comes off for a wash then right back on again. Love their ranges, would defo recommend.
