Been coming for 12 years. The last week has been the worst.. even though I?ve been live during the shows.. which I?m not gonna lie I?ve seen loads of people go live for the shows, all because of one family. It?s pretty sad really. The past few years has changed so much, sadly not for the better.. it?s not the team and the shows they?re amazing.. but the stop one person going live when everyone else does it, it?s wrong.. please put signs up to say ?no live streaming?

We love this place ?? going again this year caravan park plenty for kids sea front not far lovey area for kids dawlish warren is top of our family listWalkability: Depending on health and age you could walk to seafront and from seafront to Dawlish lovely place we use to walk it but in 70s now so can't do

Fabulous holiday park! Facilities, and park are immaculate Entertainment from Mark and the gang is top notch 1000/10! It's like watching a theatre show every night, can't wait to go back!

Have stayed here in the past Dawlish Warren looking to book for 2024.nice Gardens dog friendly excellent accommodation. Team continually cleaning the gardens and pathways .

Went a few years ago, and good for families with a good range of facilities near the site. Has children's entertainment and good pool facilities. Small beach nearbyNearby activities: Beach and small fair ground in walking distance as well as Dawlish itself.

We've been here for the last 2 Decembers and my sister, my niece and I have had a lovely time.The accommodation and the location are ideal. The staff are incredible. From the security and the bar staff to reception and the entertainers, everyone is wonderful.Shout out to Kelly and Jas who are particularly wonderful with the little ones (and with my niece).It was particularly quiet when we attended this year, but the show went on and the entertainment was wonderful.I would really love to see the arcade brought up to date but I really can't complain about this place.We hope to return next year.

Our first time staying here and we will definitely be back ! Loved the site and accommodation Although it was a limited selection for the evening shows the team put on a fantastic performance and also loved The Piano Man Roger Plenty to do and see We had a car so went further afield but lots of people there chose buses and trains so something for everyone

Park is very dated apart from the nice signs.Entertainment shows are the big draw here. Lots of regulars. The location is good for beaches, seaside shops and Torquay attractions. A few little bits of site for kids, small arcade, pool and mini golf.The shows are well thought out and fun but the views from seating are mixed, lots of beams in the way due the the old construction methods of the club house.Rooms: Static and normal caravans are aged.Walkability: Walking distance from the local train station and plenty of buses. Beach, mini mart and cafes in reach?. 200 yards.Also a Bistro/Grill in the Dawlish Warren beach complex, fair ground rides and mini kart trackFood & drinks: Normal fast food options, there is a kebab/chippy on site too.Drinks are in keeping with holiday park prices, even a little cheaper
