Fantastic products. We ordered 36mm decking rope and stainless steel hoop fittings to make a rope fence for our rambling roses to climb - it arrived swiftly and the rope is absolutely gorgeous and great quality. Everything was pristinely packaged and we paid extra to have all the screws sent for the fittings. Cannot recommend enough!

Mixed results across 3 orders of hemp rope. First order of 6mm came and turned out to be synthetic and not natural fiber, they replaced and were really good about it. Bought 100m of 5mm hemp, good quality. Purchased 33m of 4mm hemp and ended up with some sort of cordage which whilst burns like natural fiber definitely isn't hemp. Also it's closer to 3mm. Didn't bother returning as to much faff and ordered elsewhere (the hemp shop on-line does great 4mm).Would probably give them 5 stars if they hadn't sent me a product that obviously wasn't the right fiber 2 out of 3 times.
