Wow the lady was so rude, me and my partner were shocked at how she spoke to me, condisending and disrespectful. I went in, gave her my dpd card to receive my parcel, she looked at me and said 'what am I meant to do with that' in the rudest tone. And then she asked with something on my name on, I gave her my id, she looked at it and said "wrong address but that's fine' again in a sarcastic tone. She went to look for my parcel and I said I think it's the big parcel over there and she said " good we can get rid of it" me and my partner were speechless, came out the shop like did we just witness the same thing? She was the post office manager and was called Pippa

The Post office Lady was so kind. Went out of her way to help. We're lucky to have this Post Office in the Strand.

Unbelievably rude man! This has been a couple of years ago now but I refuse to go in there coz I don't wish to be served by that awfully rude man! Almost refused to check my passport application at the time coz they were busy...like that was my fault?? And then insisted I was sending irrelevant documentation. For your information I checked with the passport office in Plymouth upon interview and I can 100% confirm that the extra documentation I included was exactly the right thing to do! The rudeness was disgraceful, I repeat disgraceful.

The service is great, but being at the back of a small convenience store means that sometimes there is not much room especially with a lot of people in queue. The selection of packing boxes, bags and labels is limited but adequate in most cases. Pity we don't have a larger local post office that can offer a bit more.

It inside ONE STOP.
That's a great little store with lots of products. And offers for Christmas. And other times as well.
