I often pop in for the odd incidental item when in town. The store is usually well stocked. Would recommend having the Coop app or card as this enables offers and discounts.

Awful customer service, had to queue to get my cheese unlocked because of the lack of staff on the tills/self checkout.Only to be told rudely I needed the receipt despite you can see the self checkouts from the till and it had to be cleared on the system to finishing checking out.

Popped in to grab a few things whilst visiting a friend. Shop was easy to navigate and good prices considering its like a corner shop but bigger.I came in through the wrong entrance (whoops!) But didn't get laughed at or told off. I'll remember that for next time though!Shop was clean and got in and out very fast. Self checkout was also easy and checkout staff was clearly attentive as well.Overall a nice place :)

It's a joke ....I know the coop in general is useless and 2nd rate but this store makes teignmouth's seem like M&S...4 self service tills are always empty because they still have all this card only nonsense (as though the dreaded cash would bring about doomsday) whilst a long queue is waiting because only one cashier is EVER on the tills (usually some drip who doesn't know what he's doing). ...used to be better before it was all changed about (used to be bigger)...unfortunately for dawlish this is the only "supermarket" available...

Just caught them price gouging. The meal deals are advertised at £3.75, that?s a problem in itself, it used to be £3.50. But today my meal deal cost £4, why? Because of the main I chose. I chose the feta and red pepper pasta bowl, and for some reason they think that?s a good enough reason to charge extra. I can?t think of any other place that screws customers over like this. TOTALLY unacceptable.

We managed to get everything we needed at this Co-op in Dawlish, and at a reasonable price too, as some of the items were on special offer. The staff were very friendly too, and we've noticed this trait, appears to be commonplace amongst the people of this area too..

Great shop for its size! had car park at rear for about 100 cars, has an ANPR camera operating this car park and i believe its 60 minutes free parking. Only issue with this store is; if your disabled and park at the rear carpark, you are 5 stories high and the only ay down is the stairs at the rear of the shop or a short walk around and down the hill! an elevator is much in need there to help disabled and parents getting up and down 5 flights of stairs!apart from that one issue its a fantastic store with great staff and amazing deals

Quite a big store, laid out to cater for wheelchairs, most of what u need inside, some self service tills inside and a few humans if you like the human touch.

It does what local supermarkets do: accessible with a fair range of food and drink. Always clean & well stocked (apart perhaps from vegetarian/vegan options). Prices ok, just. I like a company with an underlying ethical business model, but it's a shame that that reputation famously does not extend to its employment practices.

In 2017, I went in the Dawlish Co-op's food sector, and they have such a generous range of food to buy from that I was spoilt for choice! However, I knew what to go for, as it was on my mother's birthday, and I bought her a cake. I also bought some treats for the job club at St. Sidwell's in Exeter because it was also a Wednesday. (I worked as a volunteer under the YMCA that year.)
