The Customer service is awful and I feel like I've Basically been robbed. My shirt button fell off after only a few months and when I looked at the spare one it was broken on half. I came to the store and they said they can't do anything and where very dismissive then I contacted online customer service they where rude and said it wast a manufacturing error and ended up hanging up the chat in very rude way.DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!!

Poor customer service. Unhelpful sales assistants who smirk at one another when you ask a question. No effort made, in fact it felt like I was bothering them by asking. Really negative experience, I won't be going back.

Greedy company. Did you know you can buy sales items 20% cheaper online than they are in store. Also you pay for deliver 5£ to store delivery and return need to be signed for so will depend how big is the item. You cannot return to the store, post only. Anyway never ever again! Two stars as Dartmouth store store is ok staff seems a bit unhappy but helpful.

Customer Service is sadly lacking in Jack Wills Dartmouth. I fully understand their returns policy and accept that without a receipt I couldn't really expect a refund/exchange. However, I feel as an (ex) customer that I could have expected politeness, especially as I had been sold faulty goods. Instead, I received attitude and a tough luck shrug from a Manager who just about accused me of lying. I will never set foot in one of their shops again.

Great shopping experience. Nice relaxed atmosphere with staff being attentive and helpful. Jess was particularly lovely - and on only her 2nd day!

Nice shop. Huge range of clothes for the size of the shop. It can be pricey but all items are very delicious good quality and last years. Worth a visit

Awful customer service!!! Bought a pair of grey chino's, they ripped two days later so went back to exchange. They refused due to never happening before! I demanded they be sent of to head office to be tested as I work in retail so know they were talking rubbish! 8 weeks later still not heard nothing! They probably didn't even send them off!

Visited the shop on 18th Feb 2015 with my 16 year old niece. Was looked at as if we were thieves by very Young and immature shop assistants, despite carrying other bags from other shops.
Came to the till to pay for the shopping, but the Young assistant (long blond hair) dealing with a refund had totally ignored us despite the process taking ages. I Grabbed her male colleague to cash the items we bought. He, on the other hand did not hesitate, dropped what he was doing and served us without delay!
What a contrast! Will never shop in this shop again!
