I collected my new specs from my home town the day before we arrived in Dartmouth for our holiday. By then I was in pain due to the frames of my glasses being incorrectly adjusted. The lady in Dartmouth Optical sorted the problem quickly and effectively with a smile. A small thing but great customer care.
