We recently used Thorne, Carter and Aspen for the sale of an inherited house, and they were excellent to deal with, in particular in keeping me informed and managing access to the property while being out of the country!As first time sellers we definitely had a lot of questions, but Henry was helpful and professional, providing recommendations where possible.Highly recommended!

A long established estate and lettings agency which has successfully managed our Cullompton property for the last 15 years, and recently let out a second larger property in Exeter. Angus's knowledge of the market and rental values to be expected is absolutely first rate. He and his colleagues are both professional and approachable, with very much a do it right first time ethos in finding long term, trouble-free tenants. Angus also has a number of highly competent and reliable tradesmen he can call on should the need arise, including to prepare new properties for let as with our recent house in Exeter. All communications and contracts are dealt with on a pretty well immediate turnaround, and fees are fair and reasonable without any surprises lurking (often not the case elsewhere). Our experience is that Angus and his colleagues can be left to manage a property with complete confidence. The service is excellent in all respects. We wouldn't go anywhere else.

Just completed a purchase via Thorne and Carter. Henry was polite and very helpful throughout. I sent some rather random emails with questions but nothing was too much of a hassle.
