Complete professionalism in getting the best price for their client, while also listening to our concerns and getting answers for us. Nothing too much trouble and I?ve never had an agent so contactable as Rob has been. Hope his clients are paying him well and that he can take a holiday now and then! Very friendly and extremely helpful estate agents, who we used to sell my fathers house.He had bought through them as well, over 10 years ago and said at the time what lovely people they were. We were kept advised of how things were going and had excellent notifications of upcoming viewings.

Firstly Rob and his team provided an extremely accurate valuation of our home for sale. Another, slightly lower cost agent, gave a far more optimistic valuation and we regrettably went with them initially.However this was a dead end and resulted in poor marketing, an unappealing price and few viewings. We then switched to Seddons and have been blown away by their improved service provide.Although slightly more expensive they were worth every penny and his team are extremely efficient and professional and not only do a great job in marketing the property, they really drove through the sale by liaising with all parties to ensure timely exchange and completion. And the initial valuation was spot on too.By far the best estate agents we have used.

I have mixed feelings about our experience with Seddons. Rob came to value a property for us and was over 30 minutes late due to a conversation on the phone about a spectic tank. We decided to go to another agent because we were offered a better price. We knew if we decided to change estate agents, seddons were our next choice. However that has now changed after the conversation I had with Rob asking for help with a probate valuation. Unfortunately he couldn't hide is disappointment .I found his behaviour very unprofessional and borderline rude. When you are going through a very emotional and stressful time this kind of behaviour is not helpful.

Overall Seddons were very accommodating and strived to reduced delays invariably from our solicitors. We dealt with the Cullompton branch. It is clear they all talk to each other and work as a team (if anyone is absent they appear to cover each other well), Tracey was our main point of contact for the negotiations did a great job. We are delighted to say our house completed and would have no issue recommending Seddon's to anyone wishing to sell their property or reassure anyone who is purchasing via them. We were buyers in this case and having experienced other agents in Cornwall we found Seddon's to be very amenable.
