Honestly an awful experience. I don?t know why I bothered coming here again as I have had a negative experience before. Gave them the benefit of the doubt - wish I didn?t! Came in to collect a parcel. There was one lady in front of me collecting one too, she walked out and I said I needed to collect a parcel too. Guy looked extremely fed up and just couldn?t be bothered to help. Some man then walked into the shop, and he told me to wait.. he then served this guy before me?!! After he finished serving the guy he said he did it because the parcels take too long? not sure that?s how serving customers work, but this guy must?ve been a regular so was ?more important? than me. I then provided him the code for my collection which he outright refused. He said I had to get the barcode up, even though my text clearly said I could provide a barcode or the code itself. After his demands I tried to open it but due to internet I couldn?t, he didn?t care at all and told me to go outside the shop and get some internet, I couldn?t believe what I was hearing?!! He said that otherwise he would have to type the code in manually? the 6 digit code? clearly that would?ve been too much hard work for him. I then came back in the shop, forced to rejoin the queue, and eventually got my parcel. He then demanded to see my ID, even though the collection text clearly says I do not need to provide this on top of the code - I did it as I was so fed up by this point. I will never, ever be coming to this shop again. To add to the poor customer service, it?s just disgustingly dirty in there. Please avoid this shop.

Paid fedex to post a parcel and was given this shop address as the nearest option. I went in with the parcel it was neatly wrapped and I had printed the label off via a very expensive photo printer. He had a couple of people in the shop but he wasn?t watching me or providing basic customer service he was more interested in watching a young teenager who wasn?t doing anything wrong just standing waiting to be served. He scanned the barcode and it didn?t go through so he gave me the parcel back and wouldn?t try again ( I?m sure if I had bought a mars bar he would have been happier) and told me the problem was my end because it was printed wrong, I rang fedex and had to take it to Tiverton as that was the next closest, the Tiverton premier scanned it straight away no issue and it?s been sent on its journeyDon?t bother using this shop it serves no purpose. They can?t even be bothered to do the menial tasks that they advertise.

Dogs suddenly not allowed, when I asked the manager about the sudden change he shouted at me and was just plain rude. Avoid this shop and go to the one a few doors down

On the 9th of April I was sold a sandwich which had a USE BY DATE of the 6th April. Unfortunately I didn't notice until I had started eating it. When I took it back I was a little upset but I was told by the member of staff 'to not give him attitude as attitude gets us no where'!!!!!Yes i was refunded my money but that was a shocking response from him. What a horrible place with very poor food standards.

Just warning to all lady's that go in shopOne off there staff ( little one that wears a hat all time and bread on his face and rotted teeth )Is very aggressiveMy wife didn't have enough money to pay for all stuff she took to till so she asked nicely if she could put some of it back and he went of his head throwing stuff on floor and told her to get out and my wife had are 3 kids with her at the time and even threatened to slap her if she didn't get out .

Fantastic friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere compared to most places in cullompton. Also stock a great deal of continental food you won't find elsewhere. Can't understand any bad reviews. Staff have always been exceptionally friendly to me. My shop of choice in cullompton.

Please get new staff. Current cashier seems like a lovely guy, but has no customer skills and doesn't seem to suit that position. Other reviews have a point but please ignore their racism. I don't care where your from. If you're rude, you're rude. Simple.

Staff in this shop is so rude its unreal ( no hi, thanks or bye ) ! Not surprised that no one shops there ! Get rid of indian staff and employ someone with customer skills .

Very, very rude management. We use a prepayment key for electricity. Their 'top up' never credited key. Manager refused to call Eon which is normal route. Eon had to send an engineer out to resolve. Had store called it could have been resolved in 5mins, he refused stating "not my problem" so it took 4 days for Eon to resolve.

I just had an awful experience first hand in that shop. Indian employee was so rude and unhelpful its unreal. I rarely go here anyway but I needed to sent off a parcel. Can't believe that somebody like this is allowed to work here.
