Good food, good staff, good atmosphere, and reasonably priced!

Really feel this place is not as good as it was.quality of bacon and sausages has dropped and if we wanted a boiled egg we would have asked for one! Our fried one was solid .It was sent back and when returned it was on the original plate so the other food was lukewarm
Our drinks took forever to come and the lad serving looked like he had just got out of bed!!
Maybe they should remember there is other people apart from locals!

Just bought a takeaway breakfast baggatte,not great . I would say yesterday's sausages,same with the bacon the baggatte was old , all reheated,the only thing fresh was the egg , I would avoid
Thought 3 tiny pieces of mushroom on our plates didn't equate to a portion .
Cheap sausages and under cooked bacon . Shall not be returning

Lovely food and service by waiters, but the place is let down by the management/ owner who openly shouts and is rude to the young staff. She makes it an unpleasant place to be in.

Conveniently placed in the old A38 at willand, popular with cycling groups.
Plenty of parking, plenty of places in the restaurant itself.
Met up with friends.
Staff are friendly and have a sense of humour ?.
Food is good quality, tastes great, good range of hot and cold food . Range of desserts. Very reasonable pricing.
We had a brunch and it was freshly cooked, hot. Good flavour. Good sized plates for the meal. Swift service.
Restaurant is cash or card for payment.
Car park is huge.
There is a petrol station next to the restaurant which makes it convenient for buying fuel or food at the shop also.
Great place definitely recommended.

Breakfasts are excellent value for money with a wide range available. I particularly like the veggie sausages.

Order took half hour to arrive which is astonishing considering how little is actually in the baps. 1 rasher bacon, some sort of mini cocktail sausage... the remainder of the order was incorrect but I'd already got the pox and just took what turned up

Took 10 mins to take our order, then served coffee and told no orange juice, so had pot of tea instead which was like warm and stained cup!
Proceeded to sit for a further 30 minutes to then be told no tomato for cheese and tomato toasties.
Gave up and left without eating! Teribble service and will not be recommending to anyone! Wasn't even busy!

Brilliant restaurant. Lovely atmosphere and decor, very festive for our (2 person) visit in December. Greeted by very friendly staff and were led to a table immediately even though the room was at what looked like above average customer levels. Ordered 1 large and 1 small drink, both reasonably priced, and both came out quickly. Food order taken after drinks, 1 large meal from the lunch menu, and 1 small carvery. Very accommodating to preferences and requests, food came out at the expected pace, hot, flavourful, and well presented. Slightly slower on carvery but appears to be a one-time mishap in communication between kitchen staff. Carvery was appetising to look at and tasted lovely, with a great range of vegetables and sides, crisp potatoes, and tender meat. Both meals were reasonably priced for the quality. The end price for 2 meals and 2 drinks was £24.45. Overall, this restaurant is in a prime location, plenty of parking, friendly staff, great food and service, and a warm and inviting atmosphere. Will happily make a return visit if I'm in the area and would highly recommend it to all ages.
