I give 1 star to the lady who has to take calls from unhappy customers !, but a shame that the message I received stating that an attempt to deliver my parcel had been made today , when it clearly hadn?t, and that a card was left, which is also untrue, so shame on the invisible driver with an obvious lie. I could collect my parcel from the local sorting office, if the driver can?t be bothered !!!
