I actually had my car repaired by Fix Auto over a year ago, but have only just realised I didn't give them a review! (Red MG SUV)Fantastic, efficient, quick service made all the more easier by them collecting and delivering your vehicle. They managed to turn around a fairly nasty dent within a week.My parents had near identical damage on their vehicle which was sent to another auto body shop in the Exeter area who took 4 weeks to sort the repair as constant mistakes were being made! Flipping fantastic service. Fixed my car bumps and crunches and sent the car back fully cleaned inside out which probably took more work than the repairs seeing as my kids seemed to think the car doubled as a disposal area for half chewed sweets.I hope to never use this service again because I don?t intend to reverse into any more parked vehicles but if I did I wouldn?t hesitate to be back.Highly recommended.Service: Body & Trim

Ok I did try and call to give this feedback but as no one answering the phone thought I would share for feedback to the garage. Bodywork repair great no queries on this. However some puppet put the wheels on my car back in the wrong order. Then told me there was a fault with the car it steered left and did they want us to fix it. As it drove perfectly when it was picked up we said they must have damaged it which they said absolutely could not be them. We had the car back and after much head scratching over a week our poor mechanic discovered the issue. I think some training might be required and please believe your customers we are not always right but might be worth listening sometimes.Service: Body & Trim

Brilliant service from Fix auto. They face lifted and coloured coded my VW T5 including detexturing and smoothing the existing grey textured bumpers. Fantastic finish and totally transformed the vehicle. Would thoroughly recommend ?

Fix auto is very bad in organizing work I'm in now 90 days with them they not fixing my car yet...they may claim big money from insurance companies still logging. Every one picking the phone talking differently. I'm fed up ..

Our XC90 had to go in for repair, care of a careless driver. From day one, the team including Chris, Dom and Linda were always responsive and we were kept well informed thoughout the duration. We were provided with a courtesy car and told that the workshop was extremely busy, but that the Fix Auto team would do everything they could to have our vehicle returned at the earliest opportunity. When returned, there were a few niggles, but this was sorted without delay by the QC team and is of course covered by a twelve month warranty.
