if you want RUSTY mesh, buy it from this company. you won't get a refund, just excuses about how it's your fault for buying the wrong type of "galvanised mesh". wire mesh SHOULD be suitable for outdoors, who in their right mind constructs animal pens/catios IN their house!?THREE WEEKS it lasted. buy cheap, pay twice.

Fantastic bunch of young Ladies and Gents working here. I arrived with a 40ft High Cube container with stock and they stopped what they were doing to off load it. Handball several hundred boxes from container into warehouse with no forklifts in less than 90 mins. Bloomin brilliant achievement that the big RDC's could never match. From a truck drivers point of view its a fabulous place to deliver to.Thank you Ladies and Gents you made my day go so smoothly. Have a great New Year.

Poor service. They blame eBay and Everi for poor delivery in sending an item out that I've ordered. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Trixie Pet Ramp, Black, 40 × 156 cmSold by: Far East Direct LtdReturn window closed on 19 Aug 2022I bought this through Amazon in July 2022for my dog after a cruciate operation. On 1 August of this year he had torn the meniscus in the same leg. Four weeks after the operation we had taken him on a lead walk and whilst getting out of the car the ramp snapped in two & he plummeted to the ground, with his operated leg in the air.To cut a very long story short I contacted Trixie who stated the ramp has a 2 yea4 warranty & can be credited or replaced by the supplier, East Direct. However, East Direct despite the advert clearly stating totally deny it is a Trixie ramp. I am disgusted at the supplier as they will not do anything and couldn?t careless about my poor dog. Will never buy anything from them again and strongly advise people to ensure they are getting what the6 have paid for and not a version advertised as one thing & sold as another. Also, Amazon were very unhelpful in this matter.

Do not buy from this company. Watch on Amazon as that?s where i purchased this from. This was only purchased on February this year. I cannot say any more the photos say it all.. I?m speechless.
