Excellent, prompt service. I bought a Bosch dishwasher Thursday afternoon and it was installed and work within 24 hours. All the staff I dealt with were friendly and knowledgeable. Also the price was the same as John Lewis so very competitive.

Outstanding service. My Bosch washing machine broke down last week. I rang Lewis?s the next morning and they had the right machine in stock and were able to deliver and fit the new model and collect the old machine by midday that same day!Very polite and experienced staf.

Exceptional service today. I rang them at 11.00 regarding tumble dryer repair and was advised if I could take it in they would check it over today. By 16.00 the repair had taken place and it was ready for collection. Now that?s what I call 10/10 service. Hotpoint offered me an appointment in two weeks at the earliest! It pays to support our small independent trading businesses. I will always be using you in the future. Thank you

Great knowledge on products, we needed a new cooker as ours went pop.Went to Lewis's and bought a new one as their price included installation and removal of old cooker and were no dearer for the like for like product.Pleased to shop and support local businesses

Exemplary service. Had my new dishwasher delivered this morning, it was installed and the new one taken away free of charge. You wouldn't get that with an online purchase - and for the same price. Why buy online when you can get friendly, helpful - and superior - local service?

Lewis's are amazing. They're everything a small bussines should be. They're polite, really helpful and wont just try and take your money unessercarily. We have had them do repairs to appliances and they're allways very straight and reasonable. They've also given us free advice to resolve issues where other people may have just taken the opportunity to charge us for an easy call out. Great, honest people :)
