An independent pharmacy with outstanding customer service.I recently switched GP practice due to lengthy delays in receiving vital repeat meds. I chose Crediton Pharmacy as my preferred dispenser when I signed up with my new practice, Redlands. The good communication between practice and pharmacy now means I do not have to collect my prescription to take it to the pharmacy and my meds are delivered to my house (eligibility criteria applies for this service, I believe).I am so grateful to the two delivery drivers. Thank you, ladies. ??

I would like to thank the staff so much for repacking my mum?s tables yesterday, 1 table in a different place which would not have made any difference to her medication but to her it was, I am so grateful thank you Marge for your help in sorting it,

Why would any self respecting human being shop at Boots opposite when there is this gem of a small business situated immediately opposite that supports its customers in an entirely commendable, compassionate way that Boots are thoroughly incapable of matching. The staff in Crediton Pharmacy are a credit to their profession so much so that their behaviour could be used as an example of how all good businesses should operate.
