We didn't stay here but had an evening meal. It's a quaint little pub that ticks all my old codger boxes. A good choice of ales and wine together with pleasant staff and a friendly atmosphere. Stumbled upon this little jewel quite by accident -got lost looking for the Eggesford pub with the train station and just got too hungry to keep looking ? The food was top tier and our server was fantastic! I was very pleasantly surprised and will be back.
