Quite busy with quite a nice atmosphere. The poppadums were nice and not greasy. The starters were quite good, although seemed preprepared. The vegetarian mains lacked flavour and were very disappointing. The service was a bit grumpy.

What a fantastic Indian restaurant. Just popped in by chance, met by a friendly person who found us a table straight away. The food was amazing, as was the service, & very good prices. Highly recommend

Had a fantastic meal glad we travelled to have a lovely meal .We booked early in case we could not get in .Lots of people ordered takeaways aswell. Will definitely go back.

I popped in after a game of cricket. I was starving! Ordered a Lamb Madras, Pilau rice, and a Keema Naan.
The food arrived in a decent amount of time. It was all well cooked and full of flavour.
The Madras was hot!! But I asked for some mint sauce, which cooled it to a more managable heat.
All round great meal.

Really amazing service, the meat was beautifully tender. The man serving was kind and thoughtful and really chilled out too all at once. I ordered Bombay lamb and samosas it was amazing. The decoration and atmosphere was very nice too! 10/10 will be back I am south Asian and have struggled to find a decent South Asian restaurant. Thanks so much

First review I've ever given a restaurant but thought I needed to on this occasion because the chicken was really not good. Service was good, the flavour of the butter chicken and the Pasanda was good but the quality of the chicken was very poor and clearly not fresh sadly. Because of that we won't be going back. Four people all in agreement the chicken is rubbery and two of us had to chuck up when we got home. Sorry but that's how it was for us. Surely you'd expect fresh chicken in Devon. But thanks for the nice service.

Had a takeaway from here, all I can say it was disgusting. In all my years of enjoying Indian food I can safely say this was the worst. Processed chicken like rubber, sheek kebab so hard it was inedible, my wife was violently sick in the night and she are some of the so called chicken tikka.
Avoid this restaurant at all costs, how people can say its the best they have ever had amazes me, obviously never had a proper Indian meal in their life.
Ours went in the bin after two mouthfuls...avoid, .
