Staff are rude manager is just as rude ? the shop smells due to a staff member can even be smelt when he isn't there don't id underage children for Red bull drinks but have seen id and still id my autistic son who has very bad social anxiety and they have caused him to have a bad melt down today :( I understand the 25 and under but his shown it a million times and this was verified by another staff member she then persisted to make out my son was a shoplifter cuz she was refusing then to serve him to essentials his mixed race and from birmingham so that could be the issue

Clean tidy and well laid out store. Plenty of essentials and easy to find things. Staff friendly and helpful.

I was in there honestly the guy behind the counter nearly made me sick he absolutely stunkHonestly how can any owner let someone front of house smell like thatI?m sure he can get discount on soaps

The staff are very rude. There are a couple of nice ones, but very reasonable price. Great shop

Very hostile staff and environment. Some of the staff are friendly but most are just downright rude and standoffish.
