Excellent. Starters scallops, squid, pate. Mains grilled hake, belly pork in cider, smoked haddock fishcakes, pork tenderloin. Top notch food. Amazing value when you consider the high standard. Friendly, efficient service. Totally recommend.

Best sunday roast of my life maybe. It was my travelling siblings first sunday roast too and I couldn't be more delighted that they got to try this for their first time experience of this British classic.

My Wife and I recently celebrated our 20th anniversary here. Staff were so accommodating and friendly and the food was amazing. Can't fault this place it's our favorite place to eat out.

An amazing lunch, with lovely puddings, there was a great specials board with good options for kids. Would certainly recommend for good quality food and sensible prices. The Dartmoor brewery beer went down well and the Legend was lovely. Worth mentioning if you are bringing a dog so you can be seated in the dog friendly bar.

This lovely country pub serves excellent food and a great pint. Easter Sunday lamb roast was outstanding: delicious good portion of tender lamb, tasty side of cauliflower cheese, crisp vegetables and roast potatoes. The staff are friendly and responsive. We've always loved visiting The Manor at Ashton and this meal did not disappoint.

Delicious, local food at a reasonable price for the quality of the ingredients. It is under new ownership but has stayed in the same family which is fantastic news as the atmosphere and service remains friendly and welcoming. I always recommend to friends- both local and visiting the area.
