We stayed in an Otter Pod, It was clean and very nice. All the staff were very friendly and my young son loved the kids entertainment. The swimming pool was also great. I would definitely recommend the place.

Beyond brilliant! The staff couldn't be more welcoming and helpful! The caravan we stayed it was top quality and had a hot tub which was cleaned throughout our stay! The facilities are top rate and we couldn't be happier. This is our second visit and can't wait to book our next!

By far my best holiday to date!! All the staff are absolutely lovely. The food in the pebbles restaurant was incredible and so was the evening entertainment! All the entertainment staff were extremely interactive with people of all ages. Alex's energy when he was on stage was enough to draw anyone in. Not to mention his and Emma's incredible singing range!! Keep doing what you do guys, definitely a holiday I'm never gonna forget! 100% gonna be back as soon as possible!

Just got back from a Monday - Friday holiday with friends here and it was incredible! We had the diamond 3 and with a great view from the hot tub. The site was nice, food was lovely, the shop had everything you need and wasn?t expensive at all and the entertainment was the highlight of the week it was a quite week but they still put the effort in especially Emma who is a incredible singer and Alex who?s born to be on stage he was funny and he had everyone involved! They were very friendly as well thank you for a great holiday. We Can?t wait to come back!

Can't beat views on site , great value, the onsite shop is amazing both with what was sold and prices. perfect selection for all needs ! But I must agree with other reviews that the evening entertainment is shocking and the staff just can't cope even bingo is automated not fun ! Not enough signs to help people find way around and needs lighting on fields for dogs and owners ! Golf buggies used by staff very noisy !

The holiday park is lovely but the restaurant experience was awful. Rude teenage staff that roll their eyes. The most shocking thing was the ?lady? called Amber who was so disgustingly rude to me. Complained to park manager and got a £25 refund and an apology for her behaviour. A real shame as it soured our holiday. Never again.

I have been visiting Ladram Bay ever since I was a child and it never lets me down. I now bring my own daughters (aged 5 and 2) to have the same fun as me! We visited during the Easter holidays with my mum for back up and had the best time. Without doubt, the star of the holiday was the swimming pool. The staff were amazing, from the friendly receptionists to the playful lifeguards. In the pool, we felt very safe and looked after (important with a danger-seeking toddler!) without ever feeling observed or scrutinised. The splash pool is our favourite and my girls loved when the water was switched on, even when they got dunked by the refilling bucket! The changing rooms are clean and there?s plenty of family cubicles. I wish every pool was as well set up for families with young children as this one! Despite having some pretty shoddy weather during our stay, we didn?t struggle to find ways to entertain ourselves. The new (ish) playground is fantastic and the soft play is a godsend on a rainy morning/afternoon. Overall, we had a fantastic trip and will definitely be returning. Viva la Ladram!

This is about my 12th year coming to Ladram - not been since the start of the pandemic so was unsure what to expect but i was impressed. Accommodation was SPOTLESS, with a fantastic bottle of wine on arrival. The reception staff were fantastic - great personalities with great professionalism. Customer service across the site was exceptional - my parents both being disabled and covid conscious (first time away from home in 3 years) were looked after with respect and dignity - even sitting us in our own private area in the restaurant! Shop staff were great. Facilities Pool, sauna, steam room and gym were clean and great to use - never crowded! Crazy golf was a laugh & the arcade always good fun (just a shame the amount of arcade machines has now halved since last visiting in 2018). Beach was clean & has fantastic views, only downside is the wooden ramp across the pebbled beach has been shortened so my mum & dad weren't able to walk that far but still was lovely. The evening entertainment for it being early season was exceptional - in all the years i've been coming to Ladram the energy, the fun & the talent from the "All Stars" (they were called "Greencoats" last time i was here). Special shout out to Alex for an amazing cabaret performance, it was great to have the audience involved & engaged - fantastic stage presence, great voice & and full of laughter! Despite the club being at only 10-15% capacity due to the time of year he should be so proud of how he kept everyone engaged & entertained! The daily Bingo & Gameshow great fun but it's a shame the bingo is now automated and not called out on stage by the "All Stars" as it used to be. The "All Stars" should be so proud of the hard work they put in every night, they really make the holiday special for everyone! It's also great now you can order drinks/food to your table in the club from your table! The park is very user friendly despite some hilly parts, fantastic panoramic views of the south coast and great amenities near by the park. Can't wait to be back at the end of summer! The biggest takeaway for me is that both my parents are now more confident to be out & about after not being out for so long & we all felt so looked after - Cheers Ladram!

We had an amazing time at ladram after seeing it on Ashnchealsea instagram page. We got a 3rd row sea view chalet which was lovely and clean and close to everything. The little shop is lovely and the staff are really nice and friendly there?s loads for sale in there, including sandwiches, camping equipment, swimwear, souvenirs and yummy hot food! . The swimming pool was really nice and clean but slots go quick at the weekends so go first thing to reception to book for the next day. we went for the bank holiday week , During the week it was very quiet but the entertainment staff done an Excellent job with a very small crowd theres bingo and game shows then a singing or variety act in the evening . Alex one of the entertainment staff was lovely he came up sat at our table and had a chat and was really nice the whole week. He was really good with the kids aswel. The Coronation weekend really nice not too busy and more kids which was good for our children . The only negative was the kid?s entertainment It seems like the staff spend a lot of time with a couple of kids on the stage while the others run around a bit riot They do team games but have no prizes for the winners. Compared to other holiday parks we been to for kids it?s seems really unorganised . They do music bingo for the kids which the winner gets a whole pile of prizes shame they couldn?t share those out a bit and have more group games involving all the kids. Other places we have been done certificates and a lolly or packet of sweets for best dancers ect. Other than that the kids loved the play park, Climbing wall and soft play and the activities during the day like making teddies which was £15 but really good quality. We ate at the pebbles restaurant on the sunday and had their carvery £14.90 adults and £7 for the kids got a huge portion of really nice gammon, turkey and beef with stuffing mini sausages and ?serve yourself? vegetables (the roast potatoes were the only slightly disappointing thing) it was yummy! we also used the app to order pizza and chips to the club house in the evening The pizza was amazing!!! We had an amazing time and would definitely book again Thank you everyone especially Alex and all the hard working staff

Please don?t go if you have dogs or would like evening entertainment Even tho the Holiday Homes are pet friendly the site it?s self is not pet friendly. The dogs can?t even go onto the attached beach owned by Ladram Bay!! The only Grass area signs say ?walk dogs on the edge of the field and do not let them foul? They are not allowed in any other areas/ or inside any buildings. I?m not sure why they say they are pet friendly when they are not! It?s fine if you are not but don?t say you are when you are not site wise. We never had any meals onsite but did find some lovely local pubs/ restaurants and places that were lovely and dog friendly and close by. The evening entertainment we found to be poor- So all arcades etc shut at 9pm and apart from Bingo for over 18?s and music quiz game the entertainment is just the entertainers ?singing? Not entertaining performances just poor speaker quality karaoke style. judging by the empty club house and speaking to other guests on site we were not the only ones who felt the above was very disappointing They do have some good points tho. The Holiday Home and site was lovely and clean on arrival and every member of staff we spoke to was lovely and friendly.

We stayed on site in our campervan, we were part of the scooter rally. When we rang to book the lady on the phone was so friendly and cheerful. The pitches were very well kept and the facilities were spotless and very warm! When we walking around the staff we encountered were really friendly, the bar staff were really efficient and smiley and the drinks good value (cheaper than my local!) we have two little dogs and the walks were great along the coastal path. The beach is down a bit of a slope, pebbles but the scenery is worth the visit alone. I would defiantly return and would recommend.

Very nice caravan with all the stuff we needed. We ate in the on site restaurant a couple of times. Warned how long the food might take to arrive but pleased to say we didn't wait nowhere near the time given.

We stayed here due the time of year and on site facility?s available, however after stumping up for a fully serviced pitch (which was clean and tidy) however this does not come at all cheap there was an extra fee to take our dogs with us which are excluded from the entire beach and all the main facility?s on site so for this extra charge all that is provided is a field to walk your dog in that isn?t even shown on the site map that you are given. When booking we added to the booking form we were travelling with friends and would like to be sited alongside them we were swiftly contacted asked to pay £20 a unit on top for this, after we decided to to we received multiple calls asking if we would like to pay extra for this service !! Needless to say we didn?t pay and were sited apart even though half the pitches on site were empty for the 4 nights we stayed. Wi-Fi was an extra £10 per night, the pool an extra £5 per hour per person apparently this is a discounted rate, maybe Ladrum bay could save some money and help the environment by dropping the temperature in the toilet block rather than running it flat out with all the windows open 24/7 !! The footpath down to the main facility?s was extremely steep from our pitch R122. To top it all, after paying over the odds for your stay you have to be off your pitch by 9:30 on the last day of your stay. Safe to say we will not be staying here again, or recommending this site to any of our friends.

Whilst the location with the beach is great this is not the place for us. We were put on site 102 with a caravan, next to the steep hill road. Constant load noise of maintenance vehicles (why use noisy John Deere type Gator utility vehicles). The maintenance yard is at the top so large forklifts, tractors and utility vehicles were constantly up and down. It?s time for all electric vehicles - for the smaller ones around the site at least. We could also not understand why they put people right next to the road when there were plenty of other sites further away from the constant noise - planning should better! If we were not visiting family locally nearby and out most of the time we would have insisted we were moved. The facility block had the following in this area: Although we had a ?fully serviced pitch? - this does not included toilet water. The Chemical disposal at the block meant you had to go up 2 steep sections to it with heavy tank - great if you are sited above or on same level. They should be on the lowest level in each section. Only 2 outside washing up areas In the gents 6 showers (great size and floor heating) but wonder in the high season if enough. In the gents 6 cubicles and urinals only. NO rubbish bins! You had to walk to the car park much lower down for the rubbish and recycling area - this then meant they used many vehicles to remove to the top maintenance area! Note: each campsite area had its own block but a large number of pitches for each. Serviced pitches had a tap and drain for waste water (grey only) Caravans had to always face into the service road so no forward views on 50% of the area we were. Some motorhomes we noted had the sense to ignore this as they could be driven out easily anyway, On arrival you stop at the bottom and unhitch your caravan. They then position you on site with a tractor. Due to very steep hill and corners this is good and would not be possible for many otherwise. As someone else has said "if you like Butlins this is the place for you" This would be very true in high season, but fortunately for us we were off peak beginning of October with a very good price (£12 + £3 for dog a night on a ?fully? serviced pitch.) Coming from Sidmouth and walking playing around these cliffs in the 1960's the site has become enormous and not the ideal spot I remember. Ladram Bay owns all the land with nowhere for locals to park and use the beach. The original coast path looks like it has fallen into the sea and you have to walk through the caravan site to continue along it. The only reason we will return here is to see our family in the next village. It is not a place we would choose for a holiday.

We visited as a family in October 2022. This is the first time we have been here and we was not disappointed! Couldn?t recommend this place for a caravan holiday enough. The views are beautiful, and the beach is on your doorstep. What a beach it is too ! Private section of beach for the site, you can hire boats if you wish. There is a little cafe there also which sells very nice ice cream. Pebbles restaurant is nice, a bit expensive but food is good. Clubhouse was good fun and entertainment was very good for both kids and adults. There is an on-site shop, with local produce at a reasonable price, the sausages were some of the best we have had. The fish and chip shop on the site was again some of the best we have had, again at a reasonable price and very large portions. Crazy golf was fairly basic but for the price was good family fun. Pool was clean and lots of in pool activities to do. Once of the more expensive sites but defiantly worth the extra money. Will be returning next year, 10/10 to all aspects.
