Good service from Buckfast carpets. Kept me up to date with delivery and timings. Fitters arrived on time and were friendly and professional. As a disabled client, I had cleared the rooms to be carpeted as much as possible but larger items of furniture remained and needed to be worked around by moving them in each room. The fitters did this brilliantly and even put the furniture back in place for me.
The only minor criticism I have is the fitters did not take away all the debris created (I think they just missed a bag). There was also a mess left in my fitted wardrobes from removing the previous underlay - how this happened I don't know but it needed to be vac?d up.
All in all, a very good experience with minor inconvenience/cleaning afterward.
Will definitely use again but only 4* due to the minor points above - otherwise would have been 5*.

Lucy at Austin?s was very helpful in advising us on our new carpet and the work was completed quickly without mess. Some extra work on some doors was also done quickly by a carpenter recommended by Austin?s. We are very pleased with the results.

From the selection of vinyls with Hayley through to the fitting with James that s was a 10/10 experience.
Bathroom and kitchen with ply underlay then vinyl flooring supplied and fitted for under five hundred quid.

We had carpet and hard flooring supplied through Austin's of Newton Abbot and the whole process was great! The customer service from Lucy was fantastic and the fitters were very accomodating, reliable and did a super job!

Thank you very much for all your help. All staff were extremely helpful from my first visit to the shop, to the estimator visiting my property to the fitter who completed the job. I have had LVT flooring having been recommended the product and am very pleased with the end result. I will have no hesitation in recommending Buckfast carpets in the future.

From first visiting the showroom we were surprised how much choice there was and how competitive the prices were . After speaking about our needs we were talked through options and a free appointment to visit to measure was made . They brought some sample books so we could look at them in situ and we made our choice . The quote came through in no time and it was easy to proceed with no heavy sales techniques. We have now had the carpets fitted and couldn't be more happier with the product , fitting and the customer service before , during and after. From showroom to measuring to the fitting , everyone has been excellent in customer service and would not hesitate to recommend.

We are very pleased with the service received Austins Department Store. We have bought fabulous new Adams carpet for our stairs and also had two bedrooms carpeted by Buckfast carpets that work from Austins.
