Just tried to call the pharmacy 8 times. They let the phone ring out then take it off the hook. Really professional. Just need to know if a prescription is ready to pick up.

Why is it closed on a Saturday? Some ill people can't afford to take time off work they obviously work in thus chemist to suit themselves not the customers, the phone line is always busy or disconnected, the staff are ignorant no eye contact wasters and the online service is a waste of time too.

The person who complained about not getting his pills over the weekend I work as a pharmacist and first of all people leave it till the last minute so it's their own risk Secondly, the fact doctors told them it's been prescribed doesn't mean the pharmacy got it...It gets stuck in the system very often unfortunately Be more emphatic to the pharmacy staff please

I am livid. Ordered my prescription 7 days ago saw that it was cleared by the doctor five days ago. Chase fit up this morning because it?s the weekend. Really frosty lady said it would bein this afternoon. Waited all afternoon for the notification nothing!
So now I?m without blood pressure meds all weekend going to be interesting.

Prescriptions available with quick turnaround each time. Friendly staff take time to give accompanying advice. Pharmacist gave follow up monitoring advice by phone call as well as doctor following a family member diagnosed with extremely high blood pressure. So reassuring.

They just stand there and let the phone ring out. Why even have a phone line if you wont use it? Or hire someone to answer the phone as this is taking the liberty, been like this for well over 2 years now.

Terrible service they hang up when you try to call them if you don't like giving a service perhaps you should be in another business please if this is your experience put it on here so hopefully something gets done about it
