What more do you need? Great breakfast and friendly staff. This also has the added advantage of seating outside. Outside gives you a view that of the harbour and great for people watching. We eat here often and it?s never disappointing what appears on the plate. The breakfast comes with a high recommendation. Don?t let the negativity of some of the reviews about this place put you off going, some people are just born miserable and can?t find good in anything.

Well what a treat we had today, first time in Brixham. we had to stop for some breakfast. The staff are really nice and when the food came we knew we were in a good place. The food was really nice and so were the drinks. Thanks for a great

After a long walk around the lovely, picturesque Brixham, myself and my partner were quite peckish and visited Tides cafe. The location was lovely and we sat outside which overlooked the marina. My partner ordered the full English breakfast - was impressed with the taste and enjoyed it all. I ordered a cream tea which consisted of two scones, cream and jam and included a small bottle of Prosecco. Hands down the BEST scones I?ve ever had. They were warm, fluffy and tasted delicious! They were quite large but they tasted so good that I ate them both! Very reasonably priced. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Would definitely return (especially for the scones!!!)

Lovely small family run cafe - does get busy so expect a wait at busy times but well worth it. You are on holiday so sit and chill and look at the view of the harbour! Breakfast was good quantity and quality and staff were very friendly. Recommended.

What a shame ordered 4 coffees after 20 minutes got our order completely wrong when trying to sort out owner rolled her eyes at us we had payed £10 and had to leave 3 of the coffees not made. Won?t be going there again to support local shop.

Just wanted take away coffees it took 25 minutes and then the order was wrong. We were told we?d ordered wrong! We hadn?t! One lady even raised her eyebrows at us! We left without our coffees because the service was so slow

Stopped here for lunch before heading home , believe me i wish we hadn?t , the waitress made us feel so uncomfortable with a face like thunder , we had a couple of sandwiches nothing to difficult and nothing special either will definitely walk by next time we visit Brixham

Lovely spot to have breakfast along side the, the food is responsibly priced and cooked well. Food was flavoursome and tea quite nice. The staff were friendly and quiet helpful. Recommend for a refreshment break

Great little find , staff were so friendly , even during a power cut , food was great and a great price and as visitors listening to the local boys chat was really nice , obviously a favourite with locals and tourists alike .So glad we ducked in our of the rain .We also discovered our servers daughter worked close to where we live in Scotland such a small world x
