Really helpful staff. I was struggling to find some makeup and a female member of staff came over to assist. She was so helpful, found the perfect lipstick and lip liner. Exactly what I needed. Many thanks.

My ten year old had her ears pierced here and the whole experience was lovely. The staff were amazing. My daughter was nervous but they were very patient and reassuring and completed the piercing perfectly, in her time.
My daughter was thrilled. We left with full understanding and a pack around after care and my daughter recieved a sticker and certificate for her bravery. One very happy little girl. Thank you Brixham superdrug team.

This Superdrug is great, the staff are always so happy to help. I don?t know his name, but there is a male employee who goes above and BEYOND. He greets everyone with such uplifting energy, he couldn?t be happier to help and always brightens my day and a lot of others I?m sure :)

Awful ear piercing service or lack of! Have been trying for 4 days to get ears pierced, only to be told everyday to come back next day, no one available to do it, come back Saturday after midday which we did do (12.45) but everyone on lunch so told to come back at 3pm, no thanks, won't wast anymore time trying and will take business elsewhere. Lazy and useless staff!

Today's visit was a letdown, long queue one person serving and wow she could talk the hind leg off a donkey! other staff members standing around doing nothing or just chatting! More saff on tills at busy times would greatly improve service.

Awful experience in store yesterday.
I heard the worker ?Diane? speaking to a customer in an atrocious manner while I was shopping, I felt really awkward and have contacted Superdrug customer care to raise the issue.
I spoke to the customer when he exited the shop who was just as upset as I was with Diane?s behaviour. Avoid this store

quite a good store to go to.
Sadly had to take a star of as the staff seem to not always be helpful when you need them.
Also I once bought an item from here one staff member who was behind the till was laughing which made me feel uncomfortable to buy this sort of item. I now have refused to buy the personal item and went elsewhere for it.
