“This review is long overdue and something I have been meaning to write for a long time. Our local postman (Furzeham, Brixham), Dave Knowles, is an absolute star and a huge credit to the Royal Mail delivery service. He has been our main postman since we moved into our house and he really does provide beyond excellent service. He is always very polite on his daily rounds and goes out of his way to ensure that our parcels and letters are delivered safely and securely. He truly cares about the post of his customers and nothing is ever too much trouble. Always friendly and thoughtful, if there was an award for great service then he should receive it. If all companies provided the level of customer service that he does the world would be a very different place. Thank you so much for your fabulous service Dave. You are a real gem.”

“i’m in this post office almost everyday as i sell online and they’re such lovely ladies, always so polite and helpful. seeing these bad reviews on here especially the most recent one has me so confused because i’ve never had any problems with any of them, they’re so chatty and you can have a laugh with them.. people are just so easily offended and never happy these days though. 5/5 service xx”
