Went to Send a parcel and said shop closes at 6 and it’s now currently 5:40 and doors are locked absolutely awful employees what a joke HORRENDOUS SHOP

Turned up today at 1715 to collect a parcel when it clearly states 1730 close Only to find doors locked and person sat in back room!! What's the point of advertising a closing time if you're gonna close early! Last time I send my parcel here joke!!
