Amazing location with beautiful views. Right on the SW Coastal Path and adjacent to Berry Head Nature Reserve, where there is a cute cafe. We sat on the deck and had some lovely times with wine and food. Note that the park has changed back to the original owners, and will no longer be part of Park Holidays after April, so entertainment and activities may be more limited. A beautiful place.

I live here most of the time. The location is perfect for South Devon and the views are staggeringly beautiful.Avoid the park manager as he?s an old curmudgeon?.

Worst holiday park everShould just be an owners parkNo restaurant at all so should close down as a holiday park altogetherPay less and stay in a cottage because at least you?ll be close to eateries in the town and have a washing machine in with the priceThey advertise cottages but these are shacks on one floorThere are also people on the site which are not owners or holidaymakers they are drunken drug taking chavs who have been housed there by the councilImagine staying next door to one like we did? Drunken benefits Britain style chavs it was like being at JaywickStay with John fowler or havenThis is not a holiday park experience at all you won?t get any food here whatsoever and it?s not a cottage at allShould close downDue to the overpriced launderette look at how we had to wash our clothes with the tap that hardly puts out waterA horrible shabby shack NOT a cottageJohn fowler cottages are way better

Heerlijk park. Mooie omgeving. Stel je zelf goed op de hoogte van de openingstijden van het zwembad en de winkel, vooral buiten het seizoen. Wij komen iig nog een keertje terug.

We went after season, so entertainment was pretty quiet but the location was amazing, one night we took a five minute walk down the road to sit on the coast and watch a thunderstorm out at sea, ill never forget that. I personally prefer wet and windy weather but even in the summer time the views would make it totally worth itWalkability: Brixham is walkable but all hill. The two old forts and lighthouse are well worth it, and if you have a dog they will absolutely love it

This is a beautiful place peaceful and tranquil atmosphere stunning views..We stayed in a platinum lodge nice and clean only issue we had was the mattress which is plastic which I do understand for hygiene reasons.Maybe a good idea to have that flat sheet as an undersheet with a fitted sheet on the top so the sheet don't move or cause you to sweat..We had to sleep on the duvet and use the sheet over us instead.Shame nolonger have a restaurant onsite shop is OK for bare essentials.Shame no bar open at lunch time as when we arrived was looking forward to a cold beer, was told no bar open till evening so if you visit here take you own drinks and food!!We never used the club house as not bothered about entertainment as its not for us..I had cleaned the lodge/hoovered and swept the decking before we left..We would go back!Safety: GreatWalkability: Not for disabled unless you have mobility equipment

We come here every year but unfortunately this year it might be the last. We booked the cottages this weekend, and upon checking in, We had nothing but issues with our room and our family's room next to us. They clearly hadn't been used in a very long time due to the intense damp damage and smell, the sofas were damaged, there was mould in my room, there was broken flooring, broken patches of walls, the boiler was broken, the list goes on. As 2 of my family members are asthmatic, we spoke to a staff member about the damp and mould, and all they offered they could do was "wipe the walls down." We liked the stay other than the state of the accommodation, but there was alot to ignore here.
