We really like Costa and like it even more when the staff listen to you and actually do as requested. We like our Latte extra hot and that's what they did. Polite staff with prompt service. The store was clean. I used the last of my Costa gift voucher and also found out that they are perfect as a hotel lights and power card. We also noted that this was a main Costa and happily lets you include all the family when you go for a brew.

Disappointed at Costa this morning. Wet floor sign over small spillage that wasn't wiped up. A couple of tables cleared but not wiped. The toilet needs cleaning, lose toilet seat and the dryer wasn't working. Not busy so no excuse.

Kids at the front door blocking the entrance and the server is completely focussed on them rather than the customer who wants to place an order.Seems a bit untidy inside and could do with better organisation of the tables.Coffee is good as always at Costa but ambience and atmosphere is not reflective of other better Costas.

The coffee was like any other Costa. And the caramel millionaire shortbread was as if from a bakery. Standard really. What stood out though was the service. I had a conversation with the staff and they didn't seem to hurry me along. Snd I had a lovely chst with a husband and wife about their dog whilst sat out in the sun. Really lovely morning.
