Do not pay £200 for ?professional? photos!!! The ?professional? photographer used by the Brixham branch is an artist not a seller of houses. He hasn?t got a clue what a ?good? photo should look like when it comes to selling houses. Overuse of a drone footage which makes a small house look even smaller doesn?t help either and trying get the photos improved takes for ever as staff are all smiles in branch but little action. Go to Boyces - they don?t charge anything! Or Eric Lloyd - they charge a more reasonable £160 or better still take your own. It took me all of 30 seconds to take a lovely photo and I?m no professional. Total waste of money!

PROPERTY PURCHASE.... This has been my first dealings with Bradley's Estate Agents, and I would definitely recommend them to all.The staff at Brixham, have been pleasant and courteous and most helpful in every aspect.From corresponding with not only the seller but both solicitor's, to forwarding documentation off to my solicitor for me, to keeping me regularly informed.All in all.....I found them very professional in everyway.On a final note, a special THANKYOU TO KAREN. I was nervous about putting our family home up for rent as it can be challenging, but from day one, Natalie guided me through the process and ensured that only the most suitable tenants would be accepted. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she personally annd kindly oversaw and advised at every step along the way. Yvonne came to the house to conduct a detailed inventory of the property which took over 2 hours. She was very friendly and helpful and I feel confident that the house will be well taken care of as Yvonne will do the regular inspections. Bradley?s have a thorough referencing system for rental applicants and a comprehensive tenancy agreement. Now the tenants have moved in and the team at Head office will take care of managing the property. As a landlady, I would highly recommend Bradley?s."
