From start to finish (and beyond) everyone involved was amazing.
They were very professional and all went over and above to help (contacting solicitors and estate agents in the whole chain)

Boyce sold our house and didn't put a foot wrong. With so many frustrating obstacles and delays with house sale, it's great that this agent was so helpful. From the valuation to listing and superb video-to the showings and 'progression' each member played their part-liasing carefully with the others along the way.
So thank you- Will, Ben, Tilly, Avril, Lewis, Hannah, Alice and Suzanne. A good example of the local agent who knows their stuff!

A great choice. It's rare to find a company that has a genuine family feel that is also so professional. Everyone was really on the ball but also friendly and you feel they really care about what they are doing for you. I wouldn't use anyone else for my next transaction. 10 out of 10!

Excellent service from a helpful and knowledgeable Brixham office team. Sensible regarding fees, the photographs taken and attention to detail made it standout in a crowded market. Keeping us informed through the entire process answering any questions we had at any point. Taking control of the keys they were respectful of both the property and our wishes keeping both seller and buyer happy.
It is s crowded market currently, but the enthusiasm, dedication and professionalism of the team got us the sale. Well done and many thanks to Boyce who i would highly recommend.
