Yet again, extremely poor service. Getting message to say it's ready, to then be told it isn't and come back in 2 days. I understand why automatic repeats are no longer processed, but you are putting people's lives at risk as they are ordering in time but not getting them and therefore running out... this business is setting itself up to fail.

Before I go any further I must explain that I have witnessed many people losing their cool trying to pick up their prescriptions here, and I never thought I'd be one of them. I am a patient person. But I have to say something because of the constant lies. I will just explain the latest situation. I received one text on Monday and two texts on Wednesday to say my prescriptions were ready for collection. I turned up Thursday to collect and was given two prescriptions and told 'One only turned up last night' Come back after 3pm..... This is what they say pretty much constantly as an excuse. Cant count the amount of times I have heard it. Today is Saturday and I have run out of tablets, so I returned to collect the remaining prescription..... to be told (of course) 'It only turned up last night, come back after 3pm'. I explained what happened on the Thursday and that I had received the texts to collect Wednesday and got nothing. No apology, no empathy, just outright rudeness. I cant afford to keep paying the parking charges because of your constant lies. I have had enough and will now be moving my prescriptions to a different pharmacy. I will post a picture of the text where I can so they don't say 'You probably got the 'we have received your prescription text'' and add to the lies. Seriously, don't go here for prescriptions they are useless and will lie to your face like they have done several times to me and lots of other people I have witnessed. I have made an official complaint to Boots. This review is solely based on their prescriptions and staff customer service. As a shop it is fine. I have been a customer for over 20 years, I have just lost my patience with their bad service and attitude.

Collection of online order. Man chewed continously, no salutations. Will avoid in future. Visited superdrug next where assistant was A*.

Staff are very good but the shop is in an appalling state.
There are distributing yellow stains down the walls, cobwebs everywhere and most importantly a very strong smell of damp and mould.
It suggests that Boots do not care about their staff as it's been this way for years and can't be good for the health of their staff to work in such a bad environment.

I have received pertinent and very helpful advice and direction from the Pharmacist over 5 years of using this Boots : Thank you.
The staff team do a wonderful job, despite staff shortages and additional pressures that have been placed on pharmacy provision generally.

Horrible service! The man at the counter is clearly upset and flegmatic just because I asked for the receipt even if it is totally his fault he can not handle his till.. After asking it about 3 times, he keep saying he can not give me a receipt.. Took long time and stronger voice to get it finally. I don't mind waiting but this attitude how he tried me to look like it is my bad asking for the receipt..! Yes, next time is the Superdrug.. Boots service is just lower and lower!

I've used this store many times over many years. Its a small unit, but it usually has what you need and remains well stocked with the essentials. If you were looking for the expanded inventory of a larger store, such as meals, you would need to go to a larger store.The staff have always been courteous, polite and helpful, even when they are busy. This store is everything you want from a small boots. They advertise their opening times as 10am, its not their fault if people ignore that and assume they are open at 9am...

Horrible service, the blondy old woman, who supposed to be the shop manager is very rude, not helpful at all. There are not many items , but all of them is overpriced, but this is the smaller problem. NO humanity at all.
