Rude staff member , snatches item off my child , item wasn?t breakable and he was doing nothing wrong, I was right next to my child, if he was doing something wrong id of controlled it myself

I came across this outlet whilst researching Gumbies online. Unlike the Gumbies official website, Bertie and Crew had the colour and size that my wife was looking for (Orange 5). I ordered on a Monday and they were delivered on the Wednesday, I was kept informed by email of the tracking number for my purchase. The shoes are lovely and can now replace an old pair that are past it. Thank you so much to Bertie and Crew for a lovely product, efficient service and communication all at a very competitive price.

Visited today (Saturday 22nd) and have to say that the level of customer service was excellent. Dogs were properly spoilt with treats and I received some really helpful advice leading to my purchase of Gumbie slippers as wanted these for a while and the help today made my mind up. Will definitely be back again as live locally and impressed with the friendly service from the lady at Bertie and Crew! Thank you

Fabulous shop by the marina. Great gifts (fabulous Brixham posters), great selection of clothes. I bought a tea towel that was so beautiful I framed it and hung it on the wall.

I am delighted with the dollyhotdogs starfish placemats I ordered online from Bertie and Crew. Leanne and Tim were attentive when I discovered that one of the mats received had damage on one corner.
