“Great service from West Cross again. I developed a problem with my coolant system, and called in to ask for help. The reception team booked me in urgently for the next day to avoid the fault doing more damage to my car, and advised me what to do to keep driving safely in the meantime. I took my car in the next morning and it was fixed by Jason by 5pm, they even lent me a car so I could get my daughter where she needed to be. Jason let me bring the car back in to check over the next couple of days to ensure the problem was fixed. Superb service.”
