The customer service rep walked me thru the entire process including measuring out the hatches on my kayak so they could sew them up. The entire process only took a few days, product shipped out from England on a Tuesday and was out for delivery in Calgary, Alberta by Friday the same week. Everything fit perfectly and the quality of the gear looks to be good. Highly recommend these guys for your paddling gear.”
