My experience of this garage was mixed, but when it comes to the staff and establishment, it's only positive.
We dealt with Chris, and he was nothing but helpful. We test drove a car, and the short story is that it wasn't for us. When I asked if he wanted to know why it was a definite no, he wanted to listen.
That's what I appreciated about this place, they took the criticism and said they were going to action it irrelevant that we wasn't buying the car.

They have sold a faulty car with incorrect oil and water damage to the front end to a a guy named rico which was considered family at one point! This is very concerning for future business with any new customers!

Motor traders get a bad press, but I can't fault these guys. Really open, honest and helpful. Didn't push when I prevaricated over a decision to buy. Just allowed me to mull it over, take my time and decide at my pace. Having bought the car - a year later (yes A YEAR later) when the previous owner found the owners manual (historic BMW) - they called me. And popped it in the post. Buy a car from Metro Motors please - they deserve your business.
