Temperature outside was a chilly 4 degrees. Temperature inside below that. It was freezing all through the store, even worse near the cold cabinets. Many people were complaining about it. We were glad to get out. Doesn't encourage you to shop there.

Beware of their deli shelf 'ham on the bone' - which we bought over ten days before its expiry date. We ate some for our lunch and felt queasy by the evening. We skipped dinner due to this. Our cat loves ham, but wouldn't touch it. Things got a lot worse when we were next both hit with a nasty dose of diarrhoea which lasted all night. The next day their ham was stinking, high and green. Took one packet back to the store, with the receipt (and also threw out the other two we'd bought). Got back £2.75 from the £7.75 we'd spent on the ham. The customer relations team rang us a few days later and wanted to know where the food we'd eaten in the prior 72h had been bought, and then implied our own standards of food hygiene might be to blame. Tesco are utterly devoid of responsibility and decency, and even attempted to blame this on another source, even though we had not bought food elsewhere in weeks. Did they take the same ham off the shelves? No, they just want to brush it under the carpet. Has anyone else had the same, or a similar, issue?

Quite a small store but easy to navigate. They had everything we needed and the quality of the produce was good. Not busy on a Thursday morning.

Tobacco counter never open at 7am, opens at 8am even tho store has been open an hour and have been refused service after 9pm. Why provide a service and sell products if staff won't serve you.

I use this tesco frequently and can't fault it, it's a supermarket that provides a good service when needed.

Well done East the water store for providing a changing places for wheelchair users. Thank you Dan for showing me the facilities. I would have given 5 stars, if the hoist was on charge, ladder and stored wheelchairs not in there.Big thank you for trying, worth doing my shopping here for this facility. ????

Apart from being a well stocked store offering a large range of produce, the one thing that really stands out is the staff, always friendly. It?s a pleasure to shop here !

Probably the worst Tesco I've ever been to. Not sure why it's called a superstore, it was small with a limited range, and the shelves were half empty.

It's a supermarket. It sells stuff.

Hardly any food in stock because their fridges don't work when it's warm.

Lots of empty shelves, lots of shelves being used for water sports instead. For a Tesco superstore, the offering was pathetic and embarrassing
