Everyone has been super helpful for the first call!
Book a storage unit as recently moved to the area.
We got down very late and we couldn?t fit all our belongings into the unit, so after a panic phone call on out of hours , they kindly done everything they could to solve this as fast as possible. Got a bigger unit and also gave me some ideas and even showed up a the best way to close the doors on unit .
Honestly went the extra mile to help me !

We needed a quick move and when we made contact and spoke to Andy he was so knowledgeable and understanding and helped us with storing our belongings and showed us around the site on what they offer etc. he was very professional and approachable and even passed on some local removers that made the process a lot easier for everyone involved.
I would highly recommend their service and the units all look solid and pretty secure. When you are given your unit you are given your own unique passcode to enter site.

We used Store & More for a few months longer than we needed as we were having a loft converted and it took longer than expected. There were no issues at all extending this and everything was handled very efficiently.
The container unit was immaculately clean and the storage facility itself was very well maintained and secure. Access is available via security gate with a passcode out of hours and this gave us peace of mind that our belongings were safe. It is also placed in a handy location right opposite the entrance to the dump so getting rid of unwanted goods was easy too!
I would not hesitate to use again and would recommend this facility to anyone who needed it.

Clean, tidy, organised storage facility. Never had any concerns about security and the team there have provided and excellent service, even when I've made last minute requests. Would recommend.
