I was in baby morrisons in bideford earlier, I bought some ciders that weren't the ones I wanted. There was such a lovely young man serving me at about 6.30 27/02/25 his name was Jacob, he said he would go and check if he had any out the back. He did find some for me. I used to work in retail myself and know its not always the easiest job, but Jacob was so lovely. I would like you to tell him how great he was. He's a credit to his parents and your company. Be aware of this Timpsons... said they did a three for two key cut then charged me full whack once cut, £42 for two sets of three house keys!! Bad customer service, trust broken never use them again.

Morrisons Bideford is a truly awful store now, it has gone downhill over the last 6 months or so. Clearly not enough staff it is dirty and disorganised. Today we saw a huge puddle of water in an aisle from a spillage and a member of staff completely ignored it until we pointed it out. There are always trolleys full of stock in the aisles, it is a mess and it needs some serious management overhaul!

Great range of meat if you need the more hard to find cuts.

Friendly and helpful staff. But less of them, poorer quality produce (the fruit is always on its last legs). The self- checkout tills are always throwing up red lights so customers are standing around waiting for them to clear the error.

Just been to Morrisons Bideford today and was very disappointed with the standards of the store, Salad department very unappetising, the food was looking very messy, hot food area nothing on sale and looks very dirty. On a good note Staff were very friendly and helpful at he self check in and at the kiosk.
