I was completely clueless on the process of buying my first property. Kiaran guided and helped me through the whole process. First meeting was ok. They got me a mortgage fairly quickly but as soon as I wanted to get back in touch with the broker he didnt want to know. Numerous phonecalls and emails sent, messages left with not 1 single reply. Very poor
