Stopped for lunch with a springer spaniel puppy. Close to Bideford. Food was excellent - good choice, fresh, quality and large portions. Service was friendly and helpful.Dogs are allowed inside in the conservatory where tables are well spaced. Customers were friendly too. Really enjoyed our lunch. Thank you.

Lovely centre, I've visited here a few times during the Summer and Winter on my travels to Devon. Good selection of food at the cafe, friendly staff and various selections of plants and flowers for the garden. I'm sure I'll be back again soon.

I have had some nice Sunday lunches when the restaurant has been very busy. Today I had a warm Sunday lunch served on a cold plate. Very disappointing. The waitress explained the vegetables were cold as it was quiet in the restaurant. I would suggest that if the vegetables are left for a long time don't scrape the last cold ones on to someone's plate ... Serve fresh ones!

A very friendly and superbly operated garden centre etc al. I love this place and the coffee is pretty good too. Staff are very friendly and always welcoming g. Nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommend this for garden, home and restaurant...

My favourite place to visit, helpfull friendly staff nothings too much trouble, a wide variety of healthy plants, pots and garden furniture, a gardeners delight ? Lovely shop, so much to see and buy and just the best restaurant/cafe with in beautiful gardens. Great for all ages.

They always have in stock everything you need. Toilets are clean and again everything you need. Best Garden Centre near where we live. ?

Lovely non-commercial garden centre. Good coffee and homemade cakes. Lots to see and do. Dogs welcome inside and in conservatory part of the cafe.

I always get slightly wary when a restaurant is part of a garden centre, but we booked in for the Sunday Carvery. The garden centre staff were very friendly and wheelchair friendly layouts helped a lot. The restaurant staff were also very helpful and assisted us getting the carvery to our table saving me a few trips with plates and pushing a wheelchair. The roast dinner was lovely and we returned on the Monday morning for breakfast, which was also good.
