Coffee very poor did not drink mine. Lidly quality cakes at premium proces. Overall really over priced mediocre products. Would not recommend .

Food and coffee great. Service can be better. When waiting to be seated it takes awhile for someone to attend to you. I love John's but when eating and there are too many slobbering dogs around it is very off putting.

Service was very slow. White hot chocolate was virtually water with a tiny bit of chocolate. The chocolate brownie was nice.

It's like eating in a dog kennel. So any dogs. One barked constantly
Not a nice atmosphere
Menu very rigid. You can only have what's on it.
So no bacon roll. Only bacon sausage and egg. Bizarre.
Nice range of deli food in the shop.

My dad (John!) recommended we pop into this deli when camping nearby. I was delighted to find so many delicious gluten free options for lunch. The Homity Pie was particularly delicious and a good selection of salads to have with the lunches. Nice cheese toasties on the children?s menu. We also bought some items in the deli to take away for my father in law (also a John!) he said the scotch egg was great.

This is an absolute gem of a place. We popped in for breakfast and I had the eggs benedict with bacon. It was beautifully presented and cooked to perfection. Our waiter Rhys was friendy and welcoming as was the lovely lady at the till. Before we left we bought a few gifts from their shop which stocks a good range or artisan and locally sourced produce. I would definitely recommend visiting if you are in Instow.

Flatters to deceive. Looks like a lovely deli but the food is average at best. Crab salad had some white meat but mainly brown. Salad dressing overly vinegary. Coffee was nice. Spanish tortilla was frozen cold and particularly poor. Im told by locals it has gone downhill. Ate in the cafe
