Outstanding customer service from collin the man I spoke to. Answered all my questions very so I could understand even suggested things that would be better suited for the use I intended. While helping a few folks out with small IT matter I have often referred them to CCSW for hard drive upgrades to SSDs. This upgrade involve transferring all the data to a new SSD and replacing the HDD inside the laptop. This upgrade costing about £100 to £150 reinvigorates the system and make it perform better than when new. All the upgrades have been successful and folks have reported how helpful the staff are at CCSW.They also have some refurbished laptops for same and have an interesting mini-museum of older IT systems and equipment.

Called into day to enquire if it was possible to repair the business lap top suffering from a broken screen. I left the laptop and by the time I returned to my business a phone call from them to say it had been fixed. All I have to say about complete computer is beyond fantastic service and to find a company so eager and efficient to keep another business running, deserves all the credit it receives.
