We spent a great 4 nights here in the summer, it was a perfect setup as the cabin had everything that we needed, but the kids had the outdoor space and other children to play with. As an adult on their own with children it made for an easy, and safe holiday. The location was lovely with lots to explore, great beaches nearby and easy access to other facilities.

This was our second year at Coastal Resorts. The cabins are great for a family stay. They are well equipped, clean and comfortable. The site is also spacious so that you are not all on top of each other; and there's good barbequing facilities if you get the weather! Melissa's team were on hand if we had any queries or requests. The site is well situated to access the local beaches and walks this part of the coast offers (the sunset at nearby Hartland Quay is magical). We'd strongly recommend.

In full disclosure, we won a four night stay in an Instagram competition and all I can say is that we were very lucky! The accommodation was really a really good standard, everything felt very new. Also there was pretty much everything there. The mini oven with a stove was a very useful addition and easily fitted in pizzas for our first night after a long drive. There were four of us - two adults and two children and there was definitely enough space even for a cosy rainy afternoon. Having a TV was also very useful, even if my kids couldn't get their heads around terrestrial TV!The site is close to lots of great places to explore, although it is a lot of narrow country lanes. One of the best things about the site was that there is a great BBQ cabin which made a really sociable space the night that it rained. Would really recommend this place for families because all the children ended up playing together and making friends.I'm sure that we will be back soon!

My partner and I stayed at the Coastal Cabin Glamping for 2 nights over the weekend for a little break from work & kids. It was very easy to find and simple check in. The Cabin had everything we needed for the stay, a lovely powerful shower, private, quiet and clean and tidy. We booked the hot tub for an hour on the second evening, we were greeted by the hosts with 2 mini bottles bottles of prosecco, glasses and towels. This was really the prefect relaxing get away we needed and great for a couple who wanted some R & R. Highly recommended and we will certainly be returning again. Thank you Melissa & Team

We had a wonderful stay and will definitely return. Everything we needed was supplied. The children loved it! The large lawn to run and play in, fishing lake where they both caught! and so many lovely places to visit just short drives away!

We had the most amazing four night stay at Coastal Cabins in July 2023. The cabin was very clean and well equipped, beds were comfy and it was warm at night. The outdoor space was perfect for my two children who were able to roam freely and play with the friends they made. The BBQ cabin was a highlight - lots of families congregated there in the evening. The location is beautiful, Hartland peninsula is really rugged and feels totally unspoilt. Would highly recommend, we'll definitely be back.

Had a lovely week break at Coastal Cabins.Really loved our little place. We stayed in Hartland Quay Cabin which is more for couples I would say, though there is a sofa bed if needed. Other cabins have bunk beds so more suitable for families.Had a communal BBQ hut on site, and each cabin has a small BBQ you can use. Also a hot tub that you can book (giving 48 hrs notice)Very peaceful and with a lake at the other end of the field, very pretty.Well stocked and had more than site advised, as I wasn't expecting TV and hairdryer. Other than your food and toiletries, everything was there for us.Real effort has gone into making it a lovely cozy space.Janet was just lovely. Making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Also gave us great advice on places to visit.About 1 mile from the local village, but as roads are quite narrow you might feel more comfortable driving there. 3 local pubs and a restaurant nearby so if you don't want to make an evening meal you are covered.Beautiful area of North Devon. Do head towards Hartland Point & Hartland Quay for some spectacular coastline.

Beautiful property, kind and attentive owners, high-quality accommodation and amenities, and a beautiful area. One person in our party has mobility issues, and this was no problem on the site -- we were able to enjoy the short loop path around the pond, as well as driving-reach sites nearby. Found a wonderful local butcher, on recommendation from an equally charming farm cafe nearby, and took advantage of the bbq cabin. Decided to go all out and booked time in the hot tub, too. All in all a wonderful short break we highly recommend. A big thank you to the team.

We had the most wonderful stay over the summer! I cannot recommend this site enough! The cabins are incredible, absolutely everything you can think of was provided, it was beautifully presented and clean, very comfortable. It felt like an adventure but with all the comforts of home! The site itself is gorgeous, so quiet, beautiful lake to walk round, lots of space for the kids to play. We loved the BBQ hut, great for a rainy evening. And so many beautiful places local to visit, Clovelly was a family favourite as was Boscastle and we had a lovely sunset walk up to the lighthouse. The owners were so very lovely and helpful, they gave us some fantastic food recommendations, especially the fish and chips in Woolsery!! The whole place just has a great atmosphere, we will definitely be back when we can!

Great find for glamping in North Devon. The cabins have more in than described so that was good! Eg, there is a TV, a hairdryer, towels. More than enough space for the three of us - it is as per the photos on the website. One minor issue which was sorted within minutes. Very quiet and good access to the local area. The roads are very narrow and full of potholes so be ready for this! I guess you can walk to the local village but we didn't have the weather for this and with the roads so narrow it wouldn't be the most relaxed walk! SatNav doesn't know where it is so What3Words would be a useful addition on the check in details. We didn't use the BBQ hut or hottub and didn't really go outside but this was because of the weather - nothing else!

We had an amazing stay as Coastal Cabins. We were surprised by how spacious the cabins were. They were spotlessly clean, well equipped and very comfy?.perfect for our family stay. The site is beautiful, incredibly peaceful yet full of families having fun.The location is great for exploring the stunning beaches and not too far from Bude which was one our faves. It felt truly magical and I would not hesitate to recommend (so much so we extended our stay whilst there and stopped on an extra few nights!) :-)

After a couple of visits to coastal cabins, it's our favourite place in Devon. The cabins are great, well equipped, clean and comfortable. Our little 1 year old absolutely loves it there, very peaceful and open space to explore. And the barbeque hut is awesome ? Melissa is very helpful and accommodating, helping us with a comfortable travel cot for the toddler.
