Arranged a viewing in Littleham (with Kevin I think?) and can honestly say it was the first time in a long time an agent has actually shown us around the property. He was very knowledgeable about the vendor's situation and knew the layout of the house so well that it felt like a proper guided tour, (rather than what most agents seem to do these days... just getting you to aimlessly wander about) I have no experience of buying or selling through Brights but our viewing experience was a positive one :)

I have nothing positive to say about this company. From the beginning the staff were rude. They never kept us up to date on what was happening with our sale. When we completed we still never heard from them. We wouldn't choose to use this company again.
