Truly in awe of the team in this site. I was in Devon for a two week holiday I am a type 2 diabetic and had forgotten my medication. NHS app sorted and this was the designated site to collect. When I arrived the site was packed with customers I truly was in awe as the team painlessly served all customer with a smile and the efficiency was a sight to be seen.

I have a cracked tooth and I?m in a lot of pain. On recommendation of my friend who has gone through something similar, I went to this pharmacy to purchase some Paramol to get some relief while I try to make an emergency dentist appointment via 111. The pharmacist told me to take paracetamol (for a cracked tooth ?) and said I need antibiotics for the pain. It?s common knowledge that antibiotics wouldn?t take away dental pain (nerve pain). I asked can I at least try it as I have nothing to lose, I was told no. I felt they were being difficult for the sake of being difficult. My friend took me to another pharmacy (Well Pharmacy in Bideford) who told me Paramol is good for dental pain (even says it on the back) and allowed me to purchase. It hasn?t taken 100% of my pain away, but it is certainly helping in the meantime. I?m going to avoid this pharmacy for the foreseeable.

With walk in chemists closing all around them, this pharmacy is incredibly busy. Despite this the staff are always polite even when under pressure. I started a new medication and received the relevant follow up phone calls from the pharmacy to check I was getting on with them. Unless you want your prescriptions delivered which comes with its own issues all that is required is just patience and politeness. It is clear they are doing their very best.

I very disappointed with boots the lovely Sophie at northam doctors phoned up boots the rude man said he was too busy to sort out my medication very unprofessional as I diabetic and need my medication thanx to Arnold's chemist in westward ho they had my medication ready in half an hour the older man that works at boots is very rude man shouldn't be working in there has no people skills

The service that we've had from this pharmacy is so poor. It may be that they are overwhelmed, but the issues that surround the service at this pharmacy are just unforgivable.

It's always so busy and chaotic. Maybe not enough staff or needs expanding to meet the expanding community. Maybe more efficient systems could be implemented as staff struggle to find prescriptions when ready.

What's the point in having a telephone number and not answer it... I know these busy times But need to speak to the pharmacist as my elderly dad is unwell and the doctors receptionist said we gave to wait till Thursday for a phone call . What is going on with the NHS....

I have call boots 3 times and been disconnected.They never answer the phones and I work for a living so can?t just pop in like others ( shocking)Answer your phones, what?s the point having one

Family member needed some over the counter medication. Closing time states 6.30pm. Arrived at 6.25pm. Doors already locked. Knocked the door but no-one answered. If you want to go home at 6.30 then state you close at 6.15! Not only a waste of my time and fuel but now gave to see if we can go somewhere else!
