Made several genuine enquiries and never got to view a property. Was told I?d receive follow?up emails that never arrived.
Very disappointing, especially when you?re genuinely interested and serious about buying. Sellers, take note: enquiry handling like this risks losing motivated buyers.
In the end, I went through another agent who had the same property listed, and the process was swift and professional.

NEVER responds to requests re rental properties when connecting through third party sites such as right move, as directed.
More than once I?ve repeatedly requested information about properties, mostly from the Bideford office, and these have been ignored. Properties advertised in the window are all out of date and let weeks ago too.
As renters stuck in this terrible cycle of trying to get a roof over our heads we also have to constantly chase up agents because they now refuse to hold our details on file and refer us to third party sites. Then never respond to enquired from these sites. Why are we doing your job for you?

What an amazing team at Bideford! Every staff member we interacted with was incredibly professional, helpful, and caring, consistently exceeding our expectations.
